Making a Purchase
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron, & Solo.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver most items within 7 working days. This can vary during busy or quiet periods. Your delivery will be booked in with you by our transport company once it has left our warehouse.

Goods will be supplied on a wooden pallet (non-returnable). It will come on a tail-lift lorry (single driver) equipped with a pallet truck. The driver will offload the pallet to the nearest secure location e.g. driveway. Due to current Health & Safety and Insurance legislation, he is not permitted to remove items from the pallet in order to locate, erect or site them.

Please ensure that you have adequate manpower/equipment available to take your delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will do our best to order it for you, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

FAULTY ITEMS
If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item you ordered, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Faulty or wrong items must be notified to the office at Stancombe Stone by phone, email or fax within 5 days of you receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

ORDER CANCELLATION and RETURNS
If you wish to return any unwanted items you must do this within 14 days of receiving the goods. If we are at fault, we will cover the collection charges. If we are not at fault, you will be required to pay any return costs and for the original delivery costs of your order. Either way, you can opt to either make arrangements for return yourself or we will arrange a collection by courier. Returns should be sent to Stancombe Stone Limited, Wayside Farm, The Camp, Stroud GL6 7EW.
